I am happy to have Win as my Buddy. This is my first VitaLife Fitness challenge and Win's messages have been very positive and encouraging. When I first located Win as my buddy, I was a bit nervous. His profile showed a commitment to health and fitness, with many honors and trophies. I had just one trophy called "First Run". I watched as Win and his wife Muriel racked up the miles. I also read Win's Blogs. What great motivation to get me moving. (Thanks Powell family!) Win is originally from Alabama, and a graduate of Auburn University. He has recently retired from his career as an Industrial Engineer. Win and Muriel live in Asheville, North Carolina. They enjoy walks around a small lake where I'm certain the scenery is beautiful.
