Hi, I am Bill Stadnik from Louisville, KY...hometown of Muhammed Ali. I can remember when the then, young Cassius Clay, won the 1960 light heavyweight Olympic Gold Medal. And I also recall in 1996 when he showed the signs of Parkinsons Disease as he lit the Olympic Flame in Atlanta. After meeting him recently, I was glad to see the "flame" or spirit still burning in his eyes.

They say you do not grow old until memories replace dreams. Therefore keep your dreams alive; take a risk, or at least take a step...it tends to lead to two; which becomes a mile and then three miles a day and before you know it you are at 85 miles!!!

Join the team and the next challenge. If you can't be accountable to yourself...being accountable to the team will help.
