I am gonna need help with this one.

Hi all,
Thought I would jot a quick note to let everyone know what I have planned for the spring and summer. Some of you know I am a member of the National Guard and the rumors are rife with dates that I may be leaving the country this fall/winter. Here's the part I need help with. I am just an average American who eats too much fast food (Mcd's 2 or more times a day during the week). To that end both the Veteran Administration doctors and Army fitness standards say for my height and age I am about fifty pounds overweight. So my goal is to get back to the 175 pound mark. I sure would appreciate a note once in a while to keeping running/walking or otherwise active. Thanks in advance for your support and encouragement.

Before I get burried in messages about not eating fast food so much, I plan on cutting soda (pop) and fastfood out of my diet. I found my system responds best to a low carb diet so I will getting back into a pasta and bread free menu.

I will be running with my green Ifit shirt and Ipod w/ nike+ kit on while carrying my filtered sports bottle. wish me luck!!!
