Open Up An Internet Explorer Browser
Key in www.vistaprint.com
Click on Log In in the upper right hand corner of the screen
Enter in Your email address
Click No I am a new customer
Enter in your password information
Click Sign up button
You will be directed to the screen you first saw upon entering the site
The upper right hand corner will now have the word LOGOUT instead of LOGIN
Click on Business Cards on the Left Hand Side of the page
Click on Premium Business Cards
Go to Upload a Complete Design
Double click on the first box on the left to upload your own design
Next – open another Internet Explorer Browser
Enter the VitaLife Fitness Site
Go To the Blog on Sneak Preview Marketing Materials by Jim
Open the Blog
Page to the bottom and click on the card1blank.psd
The screen will appear and ask you to open or save the card
Choose the save selection – saves the card1blank on your computer
After that saves go back into the blog
Choose the back.psd card and you will be prompted to open or save the card
Choose the save selection
Back to Vista print website
Click the browse button
Locate the name of the card1blank in the directory where it was saved
Click on Upload
Click Scale Image to fit
Now click the back button to the right of the bottom of the sample card
Double click on the back side of the card
Click the browse button
Select the Back of the card to upload
Choose scale to fit image
Next Go to the front of the card
Choose the Add text box click enter
A box will open on the screen
Type in your name in the box
Press enter and your name will appear
Move the box where you would like to see it
Choose the Add text box click enter
A box will open on the screen
Type in the word Phone: and your Phone number in the box
Press enter and your number will appear
Move the box where you would like to see it
Choose the Add text box click enter
A box will open on the screen
Type in the word Email: and your Email address in the box
Press enter and your address will appear
Move the box where you would like to see it
Choose the Add text box click enter
A box will open on the screen
Type in the word Web: and the VitaLife Fitness Web address in the box
Press enter and your address will appear
Move the box where you would like to see it
Enter your initials in the online approval box after reading it
Another screen will appear
Choose the quantity
Select if you want discount and offers email
Another screen will appear to choose paper stock
Matte Finish is included in the price
Continue to click the next option
Click on checkout
Enter Shipping Address
Enter Billing information
Enter Payment information
Receive order confirmation information
