I just want to say "You did it Again". Jim, Lisa, Peggy, and Luronda this site is GREAT. The pages move a lot quicker, navigating the site is really fast, the site is brighter and cleaner (everything pops out at you). The Home page has more information and links to pick where to go with less clicks.
To everyone coming from the other two sites, VLN and Ipod Fitness, you will enjoy how easy it is to get to where you want to be. The education program is something that I've missed, now what an awesome way to be able to use it whenever and wherever using the Ipod.
