Excercise

I heard a statistic for every 30 min. you excersize you increase your longevity by ONE hour. So if you excersize 4 times a week for 30 min. ea. thats 4 hours a week x 52 weeks a year is 208 hours divide by 24 hours a day you get 8.66 extra days to persue your goals. Pretty good deal right!

Hey Joe why not! On your terms & your time really what could be better (with a 24year old cheerleader SORRY just came to mind)
