Come One Come All to the Joye Ranch next Saturday June 14th for a fun day of fellowship and outdoor activities. Located in Lake City, Florida Our VitaLife Fitness Gathering begins at 11:00 am and runs until 4 pm! Hosted by VitaLife Fitness and the Joye's, you will want to bring your iPod Nano and Nike Plus link to log in some walking as well as opportunities to learn more about the Leap Forward Program! We will also be able to give some advice for iPod usage tips! This wonderful day will include skeet shooting, canoeing, hatchet throwing and yummy picnic style lunch. Bring a dish to share - with all of your other members! If you are coming to the event, please create a blog as we do have some members in the Naples and Fort Myers area that want to share rides!!
