After a couple of days of working out like this having not done much exercise before this getting rest and the proper minerals back in your body is essential, i order discount vitamins online and the B's vitamins are perfect for giving you energy back after working out.

x times a week is how many times you have to go every 7 days to maintain target percentage.

For example, if you walk 5 times a week, then you are walking 5 of every 7 days whic is an average of 71.4%.  But you can skip 3 days one week and do 7 the next, and have over 70%.  So the percentage is what you should watch over the long hauld to make sure you qualify.

Jim,

When refering to how many times something is done in a week, what defines a "week"? If I started last Wednesday, is it simply 7 days from then or are the goal calendars set up a certain way?

Hi Jim, This sounds like a good idea just wondering what the difference is between this and the detoxifiers in Celadon and  Probiotics and what to expect from these that would be better.

Jim,

I want to be part of the New Year's Challenge.  The holidays have been great, but not for my waistline.  Ready to finish what I started in 07.

Thanks,

CindyWink

I'll let Luronda answer this.  We just got in her tiral products, so give her a few days to respond.

Jim,

Jennifer and I will be involved.  Knowing Douglas Labs, and knowing you and Luronda and the efforts that you two make to ensure we have quality products,  we are in.

Bob

I may be jumping the gun, but I too want to know what sort  of detox system this is and what it consists of before I buy. There are many unreliable detox programs out there. From what I have looked at, a good detox program is not for the semi-committed person. It will definitely take some will power. I'm excited to hear the details as this is something I was planning on doing anyway. Smile

Jim exactly what are the products and what is in them
