Hi Team, Just wanted to let everyone know that Peggy, Jacob, and I are going away for the weekend. We're heading up to Atlanta for some great family and friend time. Jacob will be heading to his Aunt's for a week, Peggy will be visiting old highschool friendds for a week, and I'll be flying back on Monday. I've taken it pretty easy on the programming this week, but next week with Jacob and Peggy away, I won't have any excuse to get caught up on my emails, private messages, programming, and best of all - I'll be able to record some more Podcasts! (I'm a bit behind).

On the other hand, our super customer service superstar (My Sweet Peggy) will be out of the office next week, so don't be surprised if you hear a new voice answer the line when you call in. Hint - Don't call in unless you have too! :)

I installed some updates to the Flash today, so it's now easy to find, but when you listen the audio quality is good, but not great. So I'll make sure I get the audio perfect before I upload the version that you can copy to your Ipod. www.vitalifefitness.com/flash

Several of you have sent in development ideas, or tech questions that I have not gotten to this week. If so, I'll try to get back with everyone next week. So if you have something you need tweaked, this will be a great week to send it in.
