171 Small Steps to Greater Fitness

I am always on the lookout for simple messages that people can us to improve their lives.  Sometimes I think that people can get caught up in high profile sports or the exploits from our own youth and think that wellness and fitness can only be achieved by a regimented routine.  Granted, many do need to make some serious changes to right a sinking ship.  But for most, just a few small steps taken in our days lives can make a huge difference in feeling GREAT versus feeling...well, just normal.

The US Department of Health and Human Services have compiled a list of 171 small steps you can take to improve your overall health, and the best part is, it's all free.  Check out:
