Nike
The Human Race 10K
Submitted by Dream2Run26 on Sun, 08/31/2008 - 6:42pm.I did my first 10K today. I participated in the Nike+ Human Race 10K. Races were held all around the world. If you weren’t in a city that was hosting a race, you could run by yourself and download the run. I have had this race on my list of races for 2008, but decided yesterday that I wasn’t going to participate. Well to my surprise when I woke up this morning, I decided to give it a try. I didn’t run the whole time, but can say that I did run 75% of the 10K.
Looking for replacement sensor
Submitted by tjeberle on Wed, 01/02/2008 - 10:31pm.After about 550 miles of walking the highways , byways and malls. My sensor has counted its last step. After checking many retail outlets looking for a replacement sensor, I have been told by all of them that I would need to buy a whole new kit. I then did find a replacement sensor on the Nike site, only to discover that by the time I add shipping and tax that I would spend nearly as much as if I bought the whole kit at the mall.

Replacement Nike+ Sensors
Submitted by Vitalifer on Mon, 11/26/2007 - 1:50pm.Editorial note from Peggy - I think the product on Target.com is just a shoe pouch, not including the sensor for $9.95. The description says that it works with the Nike+Ipod sport kit and describes the pouch. If someone has ordered and found the sensor to be included, please let us know! There is a replacement Nike+ sensor that we've seen in the $20 range but haven't found to make them available yet.

World Rankings
Submitted by Vitalifer on Sat, 10/27/2007 - 7:35pm.Every time I go to my doctors I give them an update on my world rankings; time, mileage, pace, calories, distance, world ranking, gender, age & country. Some always wanna tell you whats wrong so I wanna give'em a little Jerryism good. My primary physician thinks it's pretty cool and even asks me about my shoes and my link. He says he doesn't get out much, I'm working to be a world class patient, just going once a year for a physical should be sufficient

Now the Light Comes On!
Submitted by pampro on Tue, 06/19/2007 - 12:56pm.This week I've finally learned how to successfully use more than one sensor per iPod. When I'm starting a workout I go to Nike+iPod>Settings>Sensor>Link. It tells me it is already linked, but if I'd like to link to another sensor push this button. Then it wants me to walk around to 'help' it find my sensor. Then it works! And when I download, it goes to me, not to my children! I'm so excited! Go Dolls!
New to working out
Submitted by Party-Patty on Wed, 02/28/2007 - 12:40pm.Okay, so now I am calibrated for the 2nd time. The first time I tried 1 mile then when I couldn't walk that far due to time, I realized it wasn't saved. The 2nd time I walked for 1/4 mile and was able to do it in the grocery store. Woo - Woo it was cool! I then came home to upload my walk and found out it was just for calibration, not workout, boo-hoo.
