Hi, I'm Melody Richards and I'm from Russellville, Ky. My favorite event in the summer olympics is the gymnastics. My favorite memory is how everyone gathered around the t.v. to watch them together. It was always a family event.

Lynn is a pharmacy tech at a hospital in Texas. She works with Nancy Chapman(who is the friend that shared vitalifefitness with her).
I look forward to someday meeting Lynn in person. Like she said in her blog, we seem to have a lot in common. She has done a wonderful job in the June parti and I have really enjoyed getting to know her.

Looking forward to August. Hope you are there.

Meet Lynn Smith

A computer glitch delayed my finding Lynn, but I'm glad I did. Glacier Bay Lemon Frozen Yogurt sounds so good, I'll have to search for it.
She likes to be outdoors and my recent trip to the Smokey Mountains reminded me how much I love to be outside. Looking forward to learning more.

I LIKE THE COLOR RED, BUT HERE LATELY I HAVE BECOME VERY FOND OF BLUE.
GLACIER BAY LEMON FROZEN YOGURT IS MY FAVORITE DESSERT.
THE MOST INTERESTING PART OF VITALIFE FOR ME IS LOOKING AT ALL THE DIFFERENT PEOPLE
THAT ARE TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO GET HEALTHIER.

A differnt kind of challenge

On May 11th, Jim sent my welcome to Leap message. In the message him gave me a mini challenge, even though he didn't realize it (I don't think). He asked me how many miles I walked in the classroom while teaching my preschoolers. Well, I didn't know so the next day I wore my ipod all day. Thanks to Jim, I now know that I walk between 2 and 2.5 miles during work. Plus I got in 2.3 extra miles!!! Thanks Jim. I hope every one else is having fun, too.
