Hi Everyone!

I am happy to have Win as my Buddy. This is my first VitaLife Fitness challenge and Win's messages have been very positive and encouraging. When I first located Win as my buddy, I was a bit nervous. His profile showed a commitment to health and fitness, with many honors and trophies. I had just one trophy called "First Run". I watched as Win and his wife Muriel racked up the miles. I also read Win's Blogs. What great motivation to get me moving. (Thanks Powell family!) Win is originally from Alabama, and a graduate of Auburn University.

Really, this is my first Blog of my entire life. Another interesting prompt by VitaLife fitness.

My favorite color is a deep tone of fuschia.
My favorite dessert is frozen yogurt.
I think I'm driving my current dream car! a MINI Cooper Sport.
My current fitness goal is to maintain muscle strength and flexibility.
What I find interesting about VitaLife Fitness is how easy it is to use the site. I appreciate this.
My family is awesome. This is the best thing that has happened to me.
