OK, it was a small field...BUT, if it hadn't been for all you folks on this system I would not have even entered much less recorded my fastest 5K in over 13 years.  It felt good to be back in the swing of running and the thrill of competition with the overtones of supporting a good cause.  I completed the course in about 22:23, but unfortunately my IPOD left me 0.1 miles short to be officially logged as a 5K.  But that's OK, I still have the T-Shirt to prove IT!!!

My Dad was carpenter who worked for a homebuilder all his life.  With great fondness I often describe him by saying that my Dad built many houses in his lifetime, but truly only one home.  He worked hard to support our family and oftentimes as a child I would help him out either in the evenings in his workshop or on Saturdays when he would take me with him as he worked on side jobs to bring in some extra money to the family.  Dad’s little

Hi Folks:

An Unusual Vitalife Testimonial!

Early last May I was heading off to work at 6 AM about the time when the early morning light was just beginning to creasing the horizon.  I have a rather long commute, so I had the cruise set on 70 MPH on I-71 and completely absorbed into a CD by Dr.
